Job Description

At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a Member Experience Specialist to join our team. The Member Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering a fun and meaningful experience to our members and guests during every visit. This includes greeting members in a friendly manner, creating personal connections, and ensuring the club remains clean and organized. The position also involves selling memberships, driving upgrades, and touring guests and members around the gym.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
• Greet guests and members with a smile, eye contact, and courteous tone.
• Be familiar with membership plans, pricing, amenities, and class formats.
• Provide club tours, sell memberships, help with upgrades, and book personal training consultations.
• Consistently find ways to improve the guest and member experience by sharing feedback with leadership.
• Execute daily responsibilities to high standards, following guest and member check-in processes and procedures, completing daily cleaning, restocking merchandise, and processing sales.

Compensation

Base rate of $11.40 per hour + commission eligibility for memberships and personal training sales ($2-4/hr).
