Job Description

The Member Experience Specialist (MES) at VASA Fitness is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our members and guests during every visit. They greet members in a friendly manner, create personal connections, report problems promptly, ensure the organization of equipment, and maintain a clean environment. Additionally, they contribute to the execution of operational standards, including creating a positive first impression, selling memberships, promoting upgrades, and offering guided gym tours to guests and members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
• Greet guests and members warmly and provide assistance as needed.
• Be knowledgeable about membership plans, pricing, amenities, and additional options.
• Conduct club tours, sell memberships, assist with upgrades, and sign up members for personal training.
• Share member feedback with leadership and collaborate to enhance the overall experience.
• Execute daily responsibilities to high standards, including check-in processes, cleaning, restocking merchandise, and processing sales.
