Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and friendly Member Experience Specialist to join our vibrant team at VASA Fitness. The primary responsibility of this role is to create an uplifting and meaningful experience for our members and guests during every visit. This includes greeting members with warmth, establishing personal connections, addressing concerns promptly, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. The Member Experience Specialist is also responsible for driving membership sales, upgrades, and providing tours of the facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate genuine and friendly interactions with guests and members.
  • Greet guests and members with enthusiasm, providing clear information and support.
  • Be knowledgeable about membership plans, pricing, amenities, and class formats.
  • Conduct club tours, sell memberships, and assist with personal training consultations.
  • Proactively seek ways to enhance the guest and member experience through feedback and collaboration.
  • Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including check-in processes, cleaning, restocking, and sales processing.
