The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineer to support Government Training Engineering (GTE) and the SEIT (Systems Engineering Integration & Test) team. This role will primarily support integration activities and assist in verification activities to advance our T-7 Trainers in Berkeley, MO.
Responsibilities
- Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
- Evaluates customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrates technical parameters, and assures compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces.
- Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.
- Develops the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
- 3+ years’ experience with all aspects of SEIT product development lifecycle.
- 1+ years’ experience with engineering development processes and leading teams.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally 15-25% of the time.

Summary pay range: $97,750 - $132,250
