We are looking for a motivated New Grad Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse, you will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients. This full-time position with various shifts offers an exciting opportunity for new graduates to kickstart their nursing careers in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing patient clinical conditions and diagnostic information.
• Provide individual patient care based on established Plan of Care and standards of practice.
• Participate in emergency response activities, including Code Blue and CPR.
• Administer medications and perform essential medical procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Board-approved nursing education program.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize the ConnectCare system.
