Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated New Grad Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center's Emergency Department. As a Staff Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide essential patient care services and support. This position offers various shifts with full-time hours, including weekend commitments. Tuition assistance incentives of up to $30,000 are available for qualifying candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient assessments and care activities as directed by RN.
- Perform treatments and procedures according to established care plans and standards.
- Attend rounds and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and conduct basic medical procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program.
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize the ConnectCare system.
