New Grad Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Grace Medical Center

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated New Grad Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing essential care to patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing patient clinical conditions and diagnostic information.
• Provide individual patient care according to established Plan of Care and standards of practice.
• Administer medications, perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, and take vital signs.
• Respond to emergency codes and perform CPR when necessary.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Board-approved nursing education program.
• Maintain current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to learn and retain usage of ConnectCare system.
