New Grad Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Grace Medical Center

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated New Grad Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center, under the LifeBridge Health organization. As a full-time Staff Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect care to patients, working closely with a Registered Nurse to perform essential nursing procedures and activities. Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing patient clinical conditions and diagnostic information.
• Provide individual patient care following established plans and standards of practice.
• Attend multi-disciplinary rounds and participate in patient safety measures.
• Administer medications and perform various medical procedures under supervision.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Board-approved nursing education program.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize the ConnectCare system.
