Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated New Grad Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center. This full-time position comes with a weekend commitment and various shifts, offering a dynamic work environment where hours vary. As a Staff Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing direct and indirect care to a group of patients. If you are detail-oriented, compassionate, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing patient clinical conditions and diagnostic information.
- Provide individual patient care according to established standards.
- Administer medications and perform various medical procedures.
- Respond to emergency codes and ensure patient safety.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Board-approved nursing education program.
- Maintain American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to learn and retain usage of ConnectCare system.
