Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated New Grad Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. In this full-time role with a weekend commitment and various shifts, you will work under direct supervision to provide routine and complex nursing care to patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent nursing graduate who is detail-oriented, a good communicator, and committed to patient safety and satisfaction. The position offers an enhanced compensation rate and up to $30,000 tuition assistance for qualifying individuals.
Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Nurse in assessing patient conditions and providing nursing care.
- Attend multi-disciplinary rounds and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Administer medications, perform IV insertions, and phlebotomy.
Requirements
- Graduate of a registered nursing or practical nursing program.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
