Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated New Grad Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse, you will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing essential care to patients in various shifts with a weekend commitment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing patient clinical conditions and administering treatments.
- Perform activities of daily living care and monitor patient safety.
- Administer medications and conduct medical procedures as required.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds and emergency responses.
Requirements
- Graduate of a registered nursing program recognized by the Board.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to use the ConnectCare system efficiently.
