New Grad Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Grace Medical Center

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated New Grad Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center under the LifeBridge Health organization. This full-time position involves various shifts with a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will work under direct supervision, providing routine and complex procedures, nursing care activities, and assisting in the direct care of patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Nurse in assessing patient clinical conditions and diagnostic information.
• Perform activities of daily living care for patients.
• Follow established Plan of Care and standards of practice for individual patient care.
• Attend multi-disciplinary rounds and respond to emergency codes.
• Administer medications and perform various medical procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Board-approved nursing education program.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to learn and use the ConnectCare system.
