Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated New Grad Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse, you will work under direct supervision to provide high-quality care to a diverse group of patients, assisting with clinical procedures, patient assessments, and emergency responses. This full-time position offers various shifts with a weekend commitment, providing an opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives.
Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Nurse with patient assessments and diagnostic procedures.
- Provide individualized patient care following established protocols.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds and emergency responses.
- Administer medications and perform basic medical procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Board-approved nursing education program.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize healthcare technology systems.
