Join us at Grace Medical Center as a New Grad Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. In this role, you will provide direct and indirect care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist in patient assessments, care activities, emergency response, medication administration, and more. Responsibilities

  • Assist in assessing patient clinical conditions and diagnostic information.
  • Provide individual patient care according to established Plan of Care and standards of practice.
  • Administer medications, perform IV insertion and phlebotomy, take vital signs, and collect specimens for lab tests.
  • Respond to emergency codes and perform life-saving procedures when needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate from a Board-approved nursing education program.
  • Maintain current American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn and effectively use the ConnectCare system.
