Job Description
We are looking for a motivated New Grad Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect care to patients, assess clinical conditions, perform routine procedures, and administer medications. You will be an integral part of a dynamic healthcare environment that prioritizes patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient assessments and diagnostic procedures.
- Provide care for patients' daily living activities.
- Administer medications and perform various medical procedures.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds and emergency responses.
Requirements
- Graduate of a registered nursing or practical nursing program.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Familiarity with medical record systems.
