New Grad Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Grace Medical Center

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated New Grad Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center. In this full-time role, you will provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The position offers various shifts with hours that vary, including weekend commitment.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN in assessing patient clinical conditions and diagnostic information.
• Perform patient care activities as per established Plan of Care and standards of practice.
• Attend multi-disciplinary rounds and participate in collaborative patient care.
• Administer medications, conduct IV insertion, and phlebotomy.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Board-approved nursing education program.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize the ConnectCare system.
