Job Description: Nursing Graduate

We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health, located in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse working in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competence to meet current standards of practice.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat may be required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
