NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, at Grace Medical Center. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with a weekend commitment, where hours may vary. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols, among others. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans based on patient needs and collaborating with healthcare professionals for quality patient care delivery. This role requires a Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State, and specific experience in Emergency Services or acute care.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care preferred.
• BLS required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, and PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing Preferred.
