Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This position involves providing nursing care to patients in compliance with relevant standards and protocols. The role requires developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a safe care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and guidelines.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare team for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
