The role requires developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a safe care environment for patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
Unit Details
The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features modern design and technology to provide personalized care to patients. The facility includes private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and advanced diagnostic equipment like a CT Scanner for early disease detection.
