Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide compassionate nursing care to patients while maintaining high standards of practice and safety.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with professional standards and organization protocols.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare team members for quality care delivery.
- Maintain competency in clinical knowledge and skills to support patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Prior experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
