Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide compassionate nursing care, ensuring patient safety and well-being. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with varying hours, requiring a weekend commitment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with protocols and standards of practice.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare team members for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
