Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, collaborate with staff and physicians, and maintain a safe patient care environment. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards of practice and organization protocols.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patients for changes hindering recovery and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency for quality care delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.

The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features state-of-the-art design and amenities for emergency care. The department includes private treatment rooms, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of conditions.
