Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, as a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room department at Grace Medical Center. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. The role involves providing nursing care to patients in compliance with standards and protocols, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining clinical competency to ensure quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Create a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required or obtained shortly after hire.
- Completion of orientation according to policies/procedures.
