Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LIFEbridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in our Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts, with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans based on patients' needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining clinical competency for quality care delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
