Job Description

We are seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our compassionate team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. The role involves providing nursing care to patients in compliance with established protocols and standards. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will play a vital role in assessing patients, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
• Assess and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Maintain clinical competency and a safe patient care environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat (as applicable).
• Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.

The environment is designed to enhance patient comfort and clinical efficiency, including private treatment rooms, a dedicated behavioral health treatment pod, and advanced medical equipment such as a CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
