Job Description

We are hiring a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room offers day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with established protocols and guidelines. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care, maintain clinical competency, and ensure a safe patient care environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols.
  • Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans based on individual needs.
  • Assess patients for changes affecting recovery and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to deliver care according to standards of practice.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
  • Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience, preferably in Emergency Services.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
  • Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
  • Completion of orientation as per policy/procedures.
