NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Nursing graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health, specifically for the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing patient care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans based on patient needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining clinical competency to ensure high-quality care delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
