Job Description
BOEING is looking for talented Entry-Level or Associate Payloads Seats Integration Engineers to join the Seat Integration Team within the Payloads Organization. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing the integration of various passenger seat programs into Boeing aircrafts, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and Boeing requirements. This dynamic position involves collaboration with various internal teams, suppliers, and airline customers to support seat and systems installations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, integrating, and documenting seat system requirements.
- Oversee analyses and test/inspection results to validate systems and components.
This position requires 100% onsite work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent education/experience combination.
- Experience with FAA Title 14 Part 25 and/or EASA equivalent.
- Knowledge of aerospace interiors, materials, design criteria, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information.
- Interest in continuous learning and development.
