Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. This position is for overnight shifts in the Clearwater area, focusing on providing exceptional home health care to our patients. While trach experience is preferred, G-Tube experience is required. Responsibilities
- Participate in developing and revising patient-specific comprehensive assessments and care plans.
- Conduct patient and family education regarding disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with the patient's care team, including physicians, supervisors, and other medical providers.
- Engage in continuing education programs related to patient care.
- Mentor and educate colleagues.
- Record and report changes in patient conditions.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families for support and guidance.
- Update physicians and clinical directors on patient medical conditions.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in Florida.
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Negative TB/PPD or recent Chest X-Ray.
- Successful completion of skills assessment.
