Position: Pediatric RN for Homecare
NurseCore Management Services LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurses to join our team in the Henderson and North Las Vegas area. In this role, you will provide quality care to pediatric patients aged from infancy to 18 years old, building lasting relationships and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and revise patient-specific comprehensive assessments and care plans.
- Provide education to patients and families on their disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with the patient's care team, including physicians and other medical providers.
- Participate in educational programs related to pediatric care.
- Mentor and educate colleagues.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families and friends, offering support and guidance.
- Update physicians and Clinical Directors on patients' medical conditions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in Nevada.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last 3 years, or completion of NurseCore's Nurse Residency Program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
- Successful completion of skills assessments in relevant areas of expertise.
