Pediatric RN for Homecare

Job Description:

NurseCore Management Services LLC is seeking dedicated Pediatric RNs to provide quality home health care to pediatric patients in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area. This role involves working with children aged from infant to 18 years, building strong relationships, and ensuring the highest standard of care. Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing patient-specific assessments and care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
• Collaborate with the patient's care team and other medical providers.
• Participate in educational programs related to patient care.
• Mentor and educate colleagues.
• Record and report changes in patient conditions.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families, friends, physicians, and clinical directors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in Nevada.
• 1 year of recent RN experience in a supervised setting or eligibility for NurseCore's Nurse Residency Program.
• Current CPR certification and negative TB/PPD test.
• Successful completion of skills assessments.
