Job Description
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurses to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC, serving the needs of pediatric patients in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas areas. As a Pediatric RN, you will provide comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, educate patients and families, collaborate with care teams, and ensure quality care delivery. ***SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE***
Responsibilities
- Participate in patient assessments and care planning.
- Provide patient and family education.
- Collaborate with care teams and medical providers.
- Mentor and educate colleagues.
- Record and report patient condition changes.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families and friends.
- Update medical condition to healthcare providers.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in Nevada.
- 1 year of RN experience in the last 3 years or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
- Skills assessment completion.
