Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC in Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas. As a Pediatric RN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to pediatric patients aged from infants to 18 years old. Responsibilities
- Participate in developing and revising patient-specific comprehensive assessments and care plans.
- Educate patients and families on the disease process and care needs.
- Collaborate with patient care teams, including physicians and other medical providers.
- Contribute to NurseCore's education programs related to pediatric care.
- Mentor and educate co-workers.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions.
- Effectively communicate with patients' families to provide guidance and support.
- Update medical conditions to physicians and Clinical Directors.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in Nevada.
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a supervised setting or completion of NurseCore's Nurse Residency Program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
- Successful completion of skills assessment in the relevant areas.
