Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Pediatric RNs with Vent Experience to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area. As a Pediatric RN, you will provide compassionate care to children ranging from infants to 18 years of age in their homes. This rewarding role involves developing comprehensive care plans, educating patients and families, collaborating with care teams, and ensuring the well-being of your patients. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates with Vent Experience.
Responsibilities
- Participate in developing patient-specific assessments and care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with the care team, including physicians and other medical providers.
- Participate in NurseCore's education programs.
- Mentor and educate co-workers.
- Record and report changes in patients' conditions.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families, friends, and medical professionals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in Nevada.
- 1 year of recent RN experience in a supervised setting or Nurse Residency Program completion.
- Current CPR certification and negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Skills assessment completion.
