Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurses with experience in ventilator care to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. This position will involve providing compassionate care to pediatric patients in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area. As a Pediatric RN, you will be responsible for developing care plans, patient and family education, collaboration with care teams, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring quality of care for infants to 18-year-old children.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in patient assessments and care plans.
- Provide patient and family education.
- Collaborate with care teams and medical providers.
- Mentor and educate colleagues.
- Record and report patient condition changes.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families and friends.
- Update medical conditions to physicians and directors.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in Nevada.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in the last 3 years or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
- Current CPR certification and negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Successful skills assessment in relevant areas.
