Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurses with Vent Experience to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. As a Pediatric RN, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to pediatric patients in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area. This role involves working closely with children aged from infants to 18 years old, building strong relationships with patients, and ensuring the highest quality of care. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Participate in developing and revising patient-specific comprehensive assessments and care plans.
- Provide patient and family education regarding disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with the patient's care team, including physicians, supervisors, and other medical providers.
- Mentor and educate colleagues and participate in educational programs.
- Record and report changes in patients' conditions and communicate updates to relevant parties.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in Nevada.
- Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience in a supervised setting, or eligibility for and completion of NurseCore's Nurse Residency Program.
- Valid CPR certification and negative TB/PPD or Chest X-ray within the past year.
- Successful completion of skills assessments related to relevant experience.
