We are looking for passionate Pediatric RNs with Vent Experience to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. As part of our pediatric home health care team in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area, you will provide specialized care to children aged from infants to 18 years old. This role involves developing comprehensive care plans, patient and family education, collaboration with care teams, and continuous monitoring of patients' conditions. Responsibilities

• Participate in patient assessments and care planning.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Collaborate with care teams and medical providers.
• Engage in NurseCore's education programs.
• Mentor and educate colleagues.
• Record and report changes in patient conditions.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families and friends.
• Update medical conditions to physicians and clinical directors.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Nevada.
• 1 year of recent RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
• Current CPR certification and negative TB/PPD test.
• Successful skills assessment.
