Job Description
Boeing is seeking an Associate Level Software Engineer to join the Phantom Works team in Berkeley, MO. This position will involve working on Mission Systems software for Boeing Defense, Space & Security, with opportunities for growth and development. You will collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to develop, test, and deliver innovative software solutions, supporting open architecture design constructs and modern tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with software documentation, maintenance, and integration
- Support the implementation of open architecture constructs
- Contribute to test procedures and document results
- Participate in software project management and research projects
- Troubleshoot software issues and work under general supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years' programming experience in C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with embedded real-time software
- Knowledge of Open Architecture standards and Agile methodologies
- Active or ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security Clearance
