Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain architectures, requirements, algorithms, and designs for software systems
- Code development and integration of software components
- Implement open architecture constructs like OMS, OCS, UCI
- Create software verification plans, test procedures, and test environments
- Provide technical leadership for projects
- Research, develop, and maintain software processes, tools, and metrics
- Act as a subject matter expert for software domains
- Track and evaluate team progress for conformance to project plans and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or related field
- 5+ years programming experience in C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada
- Experience in embedded real-time software development
- Proficiency in requirements, design, development, and testing of software systems products
