Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients, establishing outcomes-centered plans to ensure timely, progressive, and high-valued care.
• Operate at the top of the license, appropriately delegating care amongst the clinic care team to drive consistent and positive outcomes for patients.

• Applicants must be licensed or license eligible in the state to which they are applying.
