Predictive Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Maintenance Technician to join our team at Agropur's Lake Norden, SD plant. As a Predictive Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing thermography, vibration analysis, and ultra-sonic analysis data to ensure the optimal functioning of our equipment. In addition, you will generate reports for corrective actions, conduct failure analysis procedures, and adhere to maintenance schedules. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary starting at $29.11/hr, including benefits such as holiday pay and a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, and analyze thermography, vibration analysis, and ultra-sonic analysis data.
• Generate reports for corrective actions based on analysis data.
• Complete failure analysis procedures and documentation following equipment failures.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to maintenance schedules.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Category 1 Vibration Analyst and Level 1 Thermography Certifications preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with effective communication skills.
