Proposal Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Proposal Coordinator to join Civiltech Engineering, Inc.'s marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, administrative, and technical staff to support the proposal process and help secure new business opportunities. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating activities related to the development of proposals, presentations, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the end-to-end proposal process to enhance the chances of success.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials to support business development activities.
• Identify and manage leads, fostering opportunities for the company.
• Coordinate and assist technical and corporate teams in creating compelling presentations, proposals, and qualifications.
• Ensure alignment with client requirements by carefully reviewing and interpreting RFP/RFQ documents.
• Organize written content, graphics, and other materials to create cohesive and persuasive proposals.
• Collaborate with presentation teams for consistent messaging and quality from proposal to presentation delivery.
• Maintain updated staff qualifications and credentials.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Team player with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with CRM databases.
• Self-motivated with a creative aptitude for social media content creation.
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and professional networks.

Compensation

Hourly wage range: $27-35.
