General Summary:

As the Lead Radiology Technologist, you will coordinate and support staff in delivering general radiology services. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient patient flow, maintaining imaging quality, and adhering to departmental policies and standards. You will also provide training, instruction, and leadership in the absence of designated leaders.

Essential Duties:

• Lead staff schedules and oversee patient flow for optimal imaging acquisition.
• Assist in achieving site and system objectives.
• Demonstrate leadership and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Perform radiographic procedures following ALARA standards.

Standard Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited Radiography program, 3-5 years of clinical experience, ARRT certification, and BLS certification are required. Successful candidates should demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively and uphold high standards of patient care.
