Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join Corewell Health as a Full-Time team member for afternoon shifts. This position offers competitive salary with increased pay rates and a lucrative $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.
General Summary
As a Radiology Technologist at Corewell Health, you will perform accurate diagnostic exams in various areas of radiology, ensuring the best possible images for interpretation while prioritizing patient safety and care. You will follow Corewell Health's philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams with accuracy and efficiency.
- Acquire patient history and document details in medical records.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Utilize diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and ensure quality control.
- Adhere to radiation protection principles and regulations.
- Contribute to departmental operations by assisting colleagues and maintaining compliance.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program and hold relevant certifications including CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT, CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT, and CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA.
