Job Description: Radiology Technologist Full Time Days
We are currently seeking a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join Corewell Health on a full-time basis. As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology under supervision. Your role will involve providing high-quality patient care, ensuring safety during procedures, and collaborating with medical staff to deliver exceptional imaging results.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following patient identification and physician order protocols.
- Acquire accurate patient history and document in medical records.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment efficiently and adhere to quality control guidelines.
- Provide patient/family education and maintain cleanliness in exam rooms.
Requirements
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- Registered within 6 months of hire date.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
