Registered Nurse

Job Description

Campbell County Health (CCH) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in providing professional nursing care to patients. As an integral part of our healthcare system, you will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care, coordinating treatment procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and document in patient records.
• Observe patients, report unusual conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop an age-appropriate plan of care.
• Implement and evaluate the plan of care, delegate tasks as necessary, and provide patient and family teaching regarding health status and care.
• Assist with appointment readiness, follow-up appointments, and medication lists.
• Demonstrate efficient time management, maintain professional standards, and participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and comply with the hospital's Corporate Compliance Program.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Wyoming RN license.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Ability to assess patient conditions, develop care plans, select interventions, and explain/teach patients about their condition/recovery.
• Computer knowledge, emergency management skills, and the ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively care for patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of developmental stages and maintaining competency in caring for various age groups.
