Job Description
Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is searching for an energetic Registered Nurse to join our team of clinicians. This is a consistent per diem opportunity to perform treatments, evaluations, and re-evaluations in residential settings in Pittsfield and the surrounding area.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients in their own home. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be providing both physical and emotional support to patients. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, developing and implementing nursing care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, providing wound care, and educating patients and families on disease management.
Base rate: Up to $140/visit
Mileage reimbursement: .62/mile
Requirements
- Candidates must have MA Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
