Job Summary
Dialysis staff nurses at Avera provide care and treatment to patients on maintenance dialysis, ensuring high-quality patient-focused care within the scope of nursing practice. Dialysis charge nurses oversee each shift.
Education and/or Experience
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in South Dakota or eligible for multi-state licensure
- Nephrology Certification or Certified Dialysis Nurse preferred
