Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. As an RN in our Home Care division in Amarillo, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients while enjoying the flexibility of creating your schedule.
Responsibilities
- Participate in developing comprehensive patient assessments and care plans.
- Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with care teams and medical providers.
- Record and report changes in patients' condition.
- Mentor and educate co-workers.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families and friends.
- Update medical conditions to Physicians and Clinical Directors.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in Texas.
- 1 year of recent RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
- Skills assessment specific to the areas of experience.
